Program
This five-day robotics delegation program will visit three major South Korean cities, each a hub for leading universities, research institutes, and companies at the forefront of robotics innovation. The program will facilitate engagement with these key stakeholders through site visits, tours, and meetings to foster potential collaborative projects.

Sunday, 2 November
Location: Seoul
Arrival in Korea: There’s a Airport Railroad Express train that will take you from Incheon Airport Station to Seoul Station, which is just one station away from your hotel.
Monday, 3 November
Location: Daejeon
Visiting Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).
Tuesday, 4 November
Location: Daegu / Changwon
Breakfast meeting at KNU and visiting DGIST and LG.
Wednesday, 5 November
Location: Incheon / Ilsan (KINTEX) / Seoul
Visiting Yuil Robotics and attending ROBOTWORLD. Networking dinner co-hosted by Odense Robotics and Korea Association of AI Robot Industry (KAR).
Thursday, 6 November
Location: Seoul / Ilsan (KINTEX)
International Symposium of Robotics: AI Session & International Symposium of Robotics: Automation Session.
Friday, 7 November
Location: Seoul
Visiting Seoul National University (SNU) & Denmark-Korea Robotics Research Workshop: A Horizon Europe Focus.
Monday, 10 November
Location: Seoul
11:00 – Follow up at the Innovation Centre Denmark (ICDK) in Seoul
Transportation within Korea
Private Bus
For each day’s itinerary, transportation within the city will be provided by a private bus. You can find the pick-up point for your hotel on the individual program pages.
Express Train: Korail (or KTX)
We will be travelling between cities, Seoul, Daejeon and Daegu by train, and we have reserved your train tickets.
